Research

We are sometimes contacted by people wishing to do research into domestic violence and related issues. As an organisation, we have a responsibility of care, confidentiality and choice to the women who use our services and therefore an obligation to filter research requests in order to ensure that work is not duplicating studies that are already available elsewhere, or exposing women to a research relationship that is inappropriate. Therefore we ask potential researchers to complete a brief questionnaire on their research proposal, which can be downloaded from here.
