Counselling

What you may be worried about -

You may have been in an abusive relationship, as a child or adult, and although the abuse is not happening now, the effects are still there. You may be having trouble sleeping, you may feel panicky, you may be suffering from depression or anxiety.

You may be worried that you won’t be able to ‘stop’ yourself getting into another abusive relationship in the future, or you may be worried that your current relationships are suffering because you are still affected by the past.

You may never have told anyone about the emotional, physical and/or sexual violence you’ve experienced and don’t know who to trust to tell.

“As hard as I found our sessions I found them to be the best thing I have ever done, I haven’t looked back since. I have grown beyond even my own wildest dreams, and I can’t put it down to anything but our sessions.”

“Life is wonderful and going from strength to strength and I thank you for that from the bottom of my heart.”
